On the Evening of Dec 7, 2022 the moon becomes full at its exaltation point in sidereal Taurus. It also exactly conjuncts Mars retrograde and is in harmonious conversation with Pluto, Saturn, and Jupiter. All these aspects make this a very important and powerful full moon. It is the second in a series of full moons that will vigorously transform our past into glorious transcendent instruction that will influence our future perspectives and direction for the next few years.
An empowered calm will be the presiding energetic tone for the next two weeks. This energy will further unshackle us from the past and mobilize us to act on latent responsibilities and inspirations. Our acquired worldly and foundational identities have been challenged over the past 3 years as Saturn and Pluto transited sidereal Capricorn. These two planets placed great pressure on who we knew ourselves to be. They forced us to reflect, sometimes painfully, on the results of our actions based upon these identities.
Today’s new moon will harmonize hard-won lessons from the past 3 years with our visceral compulsions and inherent emotional responses to frustrating triggers. If we can remain tenderly present and aware we can meet our deepest wounds, duties, and motivations with grounded engagement instead of anxiety, aggression, or repression. This triumph will open a portal for us to channel the power coming through the cosmos into tenacity and grant us the capacity to act on those responsibilities and inspirations that arise through wisdom instead of ignorance or fear.
Over the coming 5 months we will become increasingly committed to solidifying new patterns that fulfill previously ignored or unseen societal gaps and personal unmet spiritual needs. We will grow the confidence to explore, dream, make waves, and be courageously vulnerable. Meeting all that arrives with stable receptivity will allow the next two weeks to flow relatively smoothly as additional layers of past obstructions melt to unveil greater clarity and guidance.
